Set the gift on a stable surface with space around it. Keep the balloon clear of sharp edges, hot lamps and places where it will be knocked. Avoid moving it repeatedly between very warm and cold environments.
Should I open it or add water?
Do not puncture or dismantle a sealed display to water it. Follow the specific instructions supplied with that design, or send us your order reference for advice. A sealed balloon and an accessible flower base require different care.
Flowers and keepsakes age differently
Fresh flowers naturally change as they open and fade. The ribbon, packaging or a small toy may remain as a keepsake, but the balloon is not a guarantee of preserved flowers. Check the product details if you are choosing between fresh flowers and a toy-filled design.
